  • Cécile DEJOUX

    Cecile Dejoux is co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer of People First Technologies, Inc.

    Cecile’s expertise is in HR, management, leadership, digital, AI, transformation and change management. Cecile is also University Professor at Cnam, in charge of HR department and Professor at ESCP Business School in Paris. As founder and Director of the Human Change Learning Lab, Cecile leads research in management transformation, HR and digital, working closely with companies. Previously, Cecile taught in HEC and Essec Business schools, Sorbonne, Lille and Toulon Universities in HR and Management. She also serves on the AI ethical committee member at Orange.

    Cecile is a published author with over 25 scientific articles 10 books to her name. She has been recognized as a leader in Massive online Open Courses (MOOC) since 2014, educating more than 420,000 people in management, leadership, change management, digital and AI. Cecile is knight of Legion d’Honneur and has received several awards and prizes for her research work and MOOCs. She also writes articles for the French website of the Harvard Business Review website and is a “Top Voice Linkedin”.

    Cecile has a Master of Business from Institut Superieur de Commerce (ISC) of Paris, a Post Master Research and a Phd in Management from Nice University (highest honors). She also received accreditation to supervise doctoral candidates.

    As part of family and work, Cecile source of wellbeing is to organize learning expeditions in the world in order to communicate and to share her views on managerial trends in her YouTube channel. She has over 15,000 subscribers. Cecile enjoys travel, yoga, theater and reading.

  • Pierre DEJOUX

    Pierre Dejoux is chairman and Chief Product Officer of People First Technologies, Inc. Pierre is also co-founder of Yotta Capital, a PE fund, investing in small-medium enterprises in smart industry. As economic advisor to France and seed investor, Pierre has mentored and invested in over 20 start-ups, including serving on many boards. Pierre’s expertise is in leadership, governance, business development, product strategy, transformation and digital. He has worked in France, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brussels and the United States.

    Pierre’s previous experience includes over 28 years serving in CEO and President positions at Otis and United Technologies (UTC) in France, Asia, Europe and Globally. In his last global position Pierre oversaw the service and new equipment business at Otis where he led the strategy and the business and digital transformation totaling approximately $400MM. Pierre also represented UTC as vice chair of AmCham EU and Vice President of AmCham France working on attractiveness and transatlantic relationships.

    Pierre graduated with a Master of Science of Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, Master of Engineering from Ecole Ponts ParisTech, a Post Master from Sorbonne university (Honors, top of Class). He has taught mathematics and statistics in Sorbonne and Prep Schools. Pierre is also a certified International Director (IDP-C) from INSEAD and data science from MIT.

    As part of family and work, Pierre source of wellbeing source is in changing the perception of intellectual disabilities as chair of Special Olympics for France. Pierre is an avid sportsman. His current interests are in triathlons, golf and tennis. Previously Pierre played football and trained in French boxing savate, being a regional competitor and taking responsibilities at club and league levels. Pierre also practices the Rubik’ cube, being the youngest Finalist of French Championship.

  • Lalitha SHIVASWAMY

    Lalitha Shivaswamy is Chief Executive Officer of People First Technologies, Inc. Through her roles as President of Helios Management Corp., Lalitha has advised and invested in growth-stage companies across the country. She served as entrepreneur-in-residence (EIR) for CTNext, a start-up and growth engine based in Connecticut. Through Helios, she has advised over 30+ companies.

    Lalitha’s professional expertise is in private debt portfolio management, with an emphasis on working with portfolio companies. She was a private placement analyst at Citigroup, and a portfolio manager at Horizon Technology Finance, a leading venture lender. She has lived and worked in India, the United States, Singapore and South Korea. Lalitha is enrolled as an attorney in India and Connecticut.

    Lalitha has a BA. LLB (Hons) from National Law School of India University, an MBA in Finance from The University of Connecticut School of Business, an LLM in US Law and Legal Systems from the University of Connecticut School of Law and the Doctor of Science of Laws with Honors (SJD with Honors) at the University of Connecticut School of Law. Lalitha is part of the adjunct faculty at the University of Connecticut School of Law where she teaches Secured Transactions on campus, and US Law and Legal Institutions to executive LLM students in Seoul, S. Korea.

    Apart from her family and work team, Lalitha’s source of well-being comes from symphonic choral music, gospel singing and ringing in a handbell choir. She is the president of the board of governors of the Hartford Chorale, Connecticut’s principal symphonic chorus, sings in her town’s gospel choir and rings in a Chancel handbell choir.

  • Yehuda, Franck ROZENZWEIG

    Franck Rosenzweig is Chief Technology Officer of People First Technologies, Inc. Previously, Franck served as CTO position at Vocalcom and Care Management Services for 27 years in France and Israel. In his position, Franck oversaw building a technological road map, which included managing a team of 50 employees in 3 countries and setting up an efficient and resilient IT system ensuring daily operation for more than 40,000 users. Franck’s expertise is IT security, cloud computing and the management and analysis of large volumes of data enabling monetization.

    Franck has an MBA from La Sorbonne and Inseec U, a Master II from IAE – Paris, ESCP Paris in management and MSc from IEF2A in IT. He is also certified ISO 27005 and Cyber Strategy from French war school. In the context of family and work, Franck is invested in the well-being of the elderly. He also plays sports on a daily basis: Krav Maga (Dan 2) and is a kick boxing teacher.


  • Philippe DITISHEIM

    Philippe Ditisheim is Chief Executive Officer of People First Technologies France (SAS) and non-executive director in financial companies.

    Philippe’s professional expertise is in financial markets and management. In a career spanning over 30 years at BNP Paribas, Philippe successively held the positions of asset manager, asset and liability manager, head of audit, country head, regional head of business, and head of business risk and compliance. He has extensive international experience including working as an expatriate in Turkey, Hong Kong and Singapore.

    Philippe is a graduate from ISG Business school, a SFAF certified analyst and a Sciences Po/IFA corporate director.

    Philippe relaxes by playing board and ball sports. He maintains his creativity skills through photography and creating photo collage boards.
