Cécile Dejoux is the Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer of People First Technologies, Inc.
Her expertise spans human resources, management, leadership, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and change management.
She is also a University Professor at Cnam, where she heads the HR Department.
In addition, Cécile is a renowned speaker and the creator of several MOOCs dedicated to leadership and the future of work

Pierre Dejoux is Chairman and Chief Product Officer of People First Technologies, Inc.
He brings extensive experience in digital transformation and leadership from his career at Otis.
He also serves as Chair of Special Olympics France and as a Non-Executive Director of start-ups.

Lalitha Shivaswamy is Chief Executive Officer of People First Technologies, Inc.
As President of Helios Management Corp., she has advised and invested in growth-stage companies across the country.
She is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Connecticut School of Law, serves in municipal elected office and holds leadership positions on the boards of various performing arts organizations.
